THE JAM IN YOUR DONUT EVENTS LTD, registered number 11842775

1.)          This is an 18 years and over event and all wishing to attend will require a ticket.

2.)          Tickets purchased are session specific, so please make sure you buy your ticket for the right session. Tickets cannot be exchanged.

3.)          We operate a no re-entry policy; once you have entered the event site you cannot leave and re-enter again.

4.)          Proof of age will be required on entry. Valid forms of ID include in-date photo driving licence and passport only.

5.)          There will be a bag search policy on all bags brought into the event and we reserve the right to search you at any time during the event.

6.)          We operate a last entry policy, which will be 2 hours after each session begins.

7.)          Tickets are unable to be refunded unless the performance in question is postponed or cancelled. We will refund £20 of the total ticket cost – transaction and booking fees cannot be refunded.

8.)          If the event is cancelled, we shall not be liable for any other costs incurred by the ticket holder including transportation or accommodation.

9.)          We advise you to check travel arrangements prior to the event. While we make every effort to advise on travel options on our website, we cannot give refunds for transport disruptions of any kind to                   and from the event.

10.)       We reserve the right to refuse admission or request that you leave the event at any time.

11.)       Visitors are to cooperate with and follow instructions or directions given by the event stewards. They are also reminded not to act in a way that is offensive, obscene, derogatory or defamatory to any third party.

12.)       Illegal substances, drugs and/or legal highs will not be tolerated. If you are found to be in possession of, or using any such substances you will be evicted from the event site and/or be handed over to the police.

13.)       No alcohol purchased at the event is permitted to leave the site.

14.)       The event may be photographed, filmed or recorded. Buying a ticket affirms your consent to this as a member of the audience.

15.)       The taking of photographs and footage for commercial use is prohibited unless arranged with the event organisers.

16.)       Registered guide/assistance dogs are permitted; no other animals are allowed into the event.

17.)       No glass containers of any kind are permitted at the event.

18.)       No bicycles are allowed on the event site.

19.)       The management reserves the right to make any alteration to the advertised programme.

20.)       We reserve the right to change and amend these terms and conditions at any time.

Please see the below list of prohibited items. All the below items will be confiscated. Confiscated items will not be returned. Anyone that resists confiscation of disallowed items may be evicted.

Animals (other than registered guide or hearing dogs)

Any item which may reasonably be considered for use as a weapon

Cameras with detachable lens or recording equipment

Chinese or Sky Lanterns

Excessive amounts of cigarettes may be refused entry to the site

Fireworks

Flares

Garden furniture, deckchairs, fold up chairs or shooting sticks

Glass

Illegal substances
